Home or Building Claims-

Attend to injured people	Remove downed trees from structures
Do not do anything that negates safety	Board up broken windows
Take a few photos	Call a plumber to fix broken pipes
Temporarily patch roof with a tarp	Protect personal property from the elements

Automobile Claims-

	Attend to injured people
	Do not do anything that negates safety
	If the vehicle is drivable, make sure it is safe to drive...headlights, taillights, and turn signals function properly. If not, temporarily repair these items.
	Take the auto to a repair shop of your choice and get an estimate. In most circumstances, only one estimate is necessary.
